About the Role

As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating Taaleem Foundation’s expanding TVET portfolio in Balochistan. The role involves strategic planning, operational oversight, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring quality delivery of vocational training and skill development programs.

You will work closely with government departments, donors, community partners, and internal teams while reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer of Taaleem Foundation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement TVET projects such as CM Skill Development for Overseas Employment and TTC Kharan

  • Oversee vocational training operations, logistics, and quality assurance

  • Coordinate overseas employment training and placement initiatives

  • Supervise infrastructure development and project execution

  • Manage budgets, financial compliance, and donor reporting

  • Engage with government bodies, partners, and local communities

  • Promote inclusion, safeguarding, and climate-smart practices

  • Provide strong leadership, team management, and support resource mobilization efforts
